Position Summary: The Early Childhood Development Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and developmental appropriate preschool/school-age program in accordance with Community Care Licensing requirements and Program Funding Terms and Conditions.

Employee Type: Full Time and Part Time
Salary: $180 for 4.0 hours or more, $90 for 3.99 hours or more per the Substitute Salary Schedule which may be found on Sub Services web page
Substitutes are ‘on-call’ employees serving on a day-to-day basis. Be advised that absences are unpredictable; therefore assignment offers are not guaranteed.
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding and/or Testing Required
Must have one of the following
Child Development Associate Teacher Permit
Child Development Teacher Permit
Child Development Master Teacher Permit
Child Development Site Supervisor Permit
Documents
All of the following documents are required for this position:
- Resume (Provide clear evidence of required experience)
- Credential Copy (valid CA Child Development Associate Teacher Permit, or higher)
- Copy of Transcript (Showing 24 completed ECE units)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Valid/Current CPR/First Aid Certification)
