Position Summary:
Provides accurate monitoring, recording, and communication of student attendance at a secondary school. Provides information for use by others in preparing required attendance reports.

Employee Type: Full-Time
Salary: $22.04 - $29.17 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on experience (new hire maximum of step 5).
Location: Rio Linda Prep
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).
Experience and Education: The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and two years of general clerical or record keeping experience or one year of the same in a school office. Requires manual and finger dexterity to write, keyboard at 40 w.p.m.
Licenses and Certifications: May require a valid driver’s license. CPR and First Aid certificates within a reasonable time frame.
