for a qualified IT User Support Technician.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment and have an extensive amount of experience with PC and/or Chromebook support and customer service. Candidates must be able to support a large number of PC computers and Chromebooks in a fast paced environment, both remotely (help desk) and at customer sites. Candidates should have working knowledge of active directory, Windows, Office, and basic network support. Position Summary:
Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and services networked microcomputer workstations and related equipment and software used in administrative and classroom lab environments. Provides technical support and help functions that relate to computer hardware and software, data communications, and connectivity.

Salary: $27.29 - $36.05 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on experience.
Location: Technology Services
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).
Education and Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 2 years recent experience in the computer/technology equipment maintenance field. An Associates degree in computer science or related technical field is highly desirable.
Licenses and Certifications:
Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to transport equipment to and from work sites.
